About the role

Applied R&D team at Nokia leads validation testing for telecom application products across Kubernetes, OpenShift and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). The Senior Technical Specialist drives test automation using Robot Framework, Python and Selenium, creates comprehensive test plans, and conducts performance testing to ensure scalability. Hybrid work model based in India, collaborating with product, architecture and development teams.

What you’ll do

• Lead application product testing across K8s, OpenShift and cloud platforms
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
• Create and review test plans, cases and coverage
• Collaborate with product, architecture and development teams
• Identify performance bottlenecks and drive improvements
• Stay current with microservices, SDN/NFV and cloud technologies

What you’ll bring

• 8-14 years hands‑on automation experience
• Robot Framework, Python, Selenium scripting
• Kubernetes and OpenShift testing
• Public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) environments
• E2E system testing in networking/EMS/NMS telecom domain
• Performance testing tools and techniques
