About the role

Information Technology team at OneSpan focuses on securing digital identity and anti-fraud solutions. The Senior IT & Security Operational Engineer drives remediation at scale, leads endpoint security, vulnerability management, and patch management while improving runbooks and automation. Works cross-functionally with IT, Security, and R&D teams in Noida, India, on-site, ensuring closure of security findings and supporting incident response.

What you’ll do

• Own and drive remediation across vulnerability, asset, and security tooling findings
• Act as escalation point for complex L2/L3 issues
• Lead operational execution for endpoint security and patch management
• Define and improve runbooks, operational processes, and remediation tracking
• Coordinate remediation activities across IT, Security, and R&D teams
• Support incident response investigations as needed
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce execution quality
• Contribute to prioritization and workload planning

What you’ll bring

• 6-10+ years experience
• Hands‑on endpoint management at scale (Intune or equivalent)
• Vulnerability management lifecycle expertise
• Security tooling experience (EDR, scanners, asset platforms)
• Patch management and compliance
• Cross‑team remediation coordination
• Automation/scripting (PowerShell, Python)
• Cloud environment exposure (AWS/Azure)
