About the role

MoEngage AI Suite team builds intelligent recommendation engines that power personalized marketing experiences. The Principal Product Manager defines vision and roadmap for AI/ML-driven recommendation and generative AI features, collaborates with data scientists to translate models into product capabilities, and drives metrics for accuracy and conversion uplift. Bengaluru office, on-site role, with cross‑functional leadership across GTM, engineering, and data science teams.

What you’ll do

• Own end‑to‑end roadmap for recommendation and generative AI products
• Partner with data science to turn XGBoost, RL, and LLM models into usable features
• Define and monitor KPIs for recommendation accuracy and AI efficiency
• Conduct deep user research to translate marketer pain points into AI solutions
• Lead cross‑functional delivery with engineering, sales, and marketing teams

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years product management in B2B SaaS/MarTech
• Proven track record shipping ML‑driven features
• Expertise in SQL and data analysis
• Experience defining product vision and strategy for AI/ML pods
• Strong customer research and user‑centric product design
