What you’ll do
- Define and lead AI‑driven QA strategy across projects
- Design and develop scalable AI‑enabled automation frameworks
- Implement use cases such as test case generation, defect prediction, and risk‑based testing
- Integrate AI tools, LLMs, and QA platforms into existing workflows
- Collaborate with QA, development, product, and DevOps teams
- Establish best practices, governance, and reusable QA components
- Mentor teams on AI‑driven testing practices
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years QA/automation experience
- Strong AI/ML/GenAI knowledge applied to testing
- Proficiency in Python, Java or JavaScript
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or similar frameworks
- Hands‑on with LLM‑based test generation and prompt engineering
- CI/CD pipeline expertise (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
