About the role
Responsible for providing 24/7 support for cloud-based applications in Bangalore, ensuring high availability and performance. Leverages strong Unix/Linux, SQL/PLSQL, and cloud expertise (AWS, Kubernetes, Datadog) to troubleshoot issues, analyze logs, and maintain SLAs. Works rotating shifts, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and supports CI/CD pipelines and ITSM processes.
What you’ll do
- Provide 24/7 application support for cloud services.
- Troubleshoot issues using logs, SFTP, and SQL queries.
- Monitor observability tools and maintain SLAs.
- Support rotating shift coverage (16x7).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Automate CI/CD pipelines and scripting tasks.
- Ensure compliance with ITSM processes.
What you’ll bring
- Strong application support experience in cloud environments.
- Proficient in Unix/Linux, log analysis, file navigation, and SFTP.
- Skilled in writing SQL and PLSQL queries for debugging.
- Experienced with observability tools such as DataDog.
- Knowledgeable in AWS, S3, and Kubernetes cloud services.
- Familiar with SLAs and ITSM processes.
- Willingness to work rotating 16x7 shifts.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with batch job scheduling tools (Control‑M, Autosys).
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation (Jenkins, uDeploy, Ansible).
