Application Development & Support Senior Analyst

About the role

Vertiv seeks an Application Development & Support Senior Analyst in Pune, India, to serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Sales Cloud applications. The role involves developing system configurations, managing integrations with other sales platforms, and providing in-depth application support and enhancements. This is an on-site position focused on stabilizing and optimizing critical sales infrastructure.

What you’ll do

• Develop and deploy Oracle Sales Cloud system configurations
• Support regression and integration testing for new releases
• Perform root cause analysis for critical issues and incidents
• Maintain interfaces between Oracle Sales Cloud and business systems
• Collaborate with Project Management Office on timelines and risks
• Generate and maintain documentation for system changes
• Conduct quality reviews and analyze data for quality issues
• Escalate issues to vendors and ensure timely resolution

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in Oracle Sales Cloud integrations with other sales platforms

Nice to have

• Exposure to Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS)
• Exposure with PL/SQL, MS SQL, Java, or JavaScript
• International experience preferred
• Internship at an international System Integrator company
