About the role
Solventum, a healthcare innovation company, builds cloud solutions that streamline revenue cycle processes for healthcare providers. As a Revenue Cycle Cloud Application Engineer you will administer systems, configure applications and interfaces, monitor cloud and network performance, and resolve escalated technical issues while collaborating with support and Managed Cloud Services teams. Bangalore, India, Remote work model, up to 10% travel, on-call duties required.
What you’ll do
- Perform system administration and post‑go‑live configuration of applications and interfaces
- Analyze workflows and ensure compliance with client policies
- Monitor network, servers, and cloud applications for availability and performance
- Troubleshoot, test, and resolve technical issues for multiple clients
- Coordinate with support and Managed Cloud Services teams for problem resolution
