What you’ll do

• Manage post‑go‑live configuration of applications and interfaces
• Analyze workflows and enforce client policies
• Troubleshoot, test, and resolve escalated issues
• Monitor network, servers, and cloud performance
• Perform system maintenance and updates
• Collaborate with support and Managed Cloud Services teams
• Handle on‑call duties

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of cloud application support
• Experience with healthcare revenue cycle systems
• Strong troubleshooting and network monitoring skills
• On‑call availability
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
