The Audit Manager II leads senior auditors, oversees audit planning, quality control, and drives process improvements while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders. What you’ll do

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of senior auditors
• Plan program audits, allocate tasks, and ensure quality control
• Oversee hiring, training, and development of team members
• Collect, track, and present metrics on process efficiency
• Collaborate with Process Improvement PM on weekly flash reviews
• Communicate risks and mitigation strategies to operations and program managers
• Evaluate tools and processes, proposing scalable solutions
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives and build consensus on issues

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years auditing business processes
• 5+ years in law, customer service, investigations, risk, compliance or project management
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Use data and metrics to support solutions

Nice to have

• Master's degree
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Project management experience
