Financial Auditor II

About the role

Financial Auditor II at PVH. Primary function: perform royalty and related financial audit assignments, assist management with contractual compliance, and report findings to the Audit Committee and company leadership. Partner with cross‑functional teams globally, using data from multiple sources to solve complex analytical problems and support the PVH Plus Plan. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts and agreements, analyzing royalty agreements, identifying key terms, conducting audits, gathering documentation, performing fieldwork, and verifying data accuracy. Data analysis is performed with Excel, Power Query, and specialized audit software to identify anomalies. Communicate findings to stakeholders, prepare work papers, draft audit reports, and recommend improvements. Engage in professional development, collaborate with auditors and financial analysts, and support internal tasks such as Continuous Monitoring, SOX, and Operational Audits.

What you’ll do

• Reviewing Contracts and Agreements: Analyze Royalty Agreements, Identify Key Terms related to royalty, advertising, and compliance.
• Conducting Audits: Gather Documentation, Perform Fieldwork, Verify data accuracy.
• Data Analysis: Collect and Analyze Data, Identify Anomalies, Use Analytical Tools such as Excel, Power Query, or specialized audit software.
• Communicating with Stakeholders: Discuss Findings, Follow Up on questions.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare Work Papers, Draft Audit Reports.
• Professional Development: Stay Informed, Participate in training programs or certification courses.
• Collaboration: Work with Teams, Engage with Licensee and licensing teams or consultants.
• Additional Opportunities: Assist with Diverse Internal Tasks such as Continuous Monitoring, SOX, and Operational Audits.
