About the role
Audits and Insights team (AIT) at Amazon drives audit accuracy and actionable insights across seller enforcement and risk domains. The Program Manager leads program and change initiatives, designs AI‑enabled automation roadmaps, develops statistical sampling strategies, and manages audit health metrics. Hyderabad, TS, IND, on-site, relocation available.
What you’ll do
- Lead program and change management initiatives for audit team
- Develop and implement AI & automation roadmap for audit processes
- Design robust statistical sampling methodologies
- Monitor audit program health and KPI performance
- Engage internal/external stakeholders and present findings
- Coordinate transition of new audit tools organization‑wide
- Identify AI integration opportunities like risk assessment and anomaly detection
- Drive continuous improvement of audit accuracy and seller experience
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years program management in audit/risk
- Strong risk assessment and audit process knowledge
- Advanced statistical sampling and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence
- CA/CMA/CPA qualification with 2+ years corporate experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field

- Experience delivering end‑to‑end audit projects
- Proven process improvement leadership
- Stakeholder management across multiple levels
