About the role
Principal Consultant, AI Business Solutions at Microsoft builds GenAI‑powered agentic workflows for enterprise customers. What you’ll do
- Embed with stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements
- Prototype POCs and harden to production
- Define specs, eval, and quality gates for GenAI outputs
- Deploy, monitor, and stabilize solutions
- Mitigate AI risks (prompt injection, hallucinations, privacy, cost)
- Co‑engineer knowledge transfer and reusable patterns
- Drive delivery plans across discovery, build, eval, deployment, ops
