About the role

Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS) drives enterprise digital transformation through AI‑first delivery. The Principal Consultant leads architecture and end‑to‑end delivery of complex .NET full‑stack solutions, embedding automation, responsible AI, and scalable cloud services. Works with senior client leaders across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Noida, India, onsite to design, prototype, and operationalize multi‑region, resilient applications.

What you’ll do

• Own architecture and drive delivery of AI‑native solutions
• Lead technical solutioning, estimations, and pre‑sales support
• Mentor client teams and accelerate adoption of reusable accelerators

What you’ll bring

• 16+ years experience in software/solution engineering
• 10-15 years as architect and delivery leader

Nice to have

• Strong .NET, React, Angular, or Blazor expertise
• Experience with microservices, Azure cloud services
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
