About the role
Enterprise Data Architecture & Modern Platforms team at Microsoft drives enterprise data modernization and AI-enabled analytics. The Principal Consultant leads end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multi‑disciplinary projects, shaping architecture, building reusable assets, and ensuring AI solutions are scalable, secure, and cost‑efficient. Works closely with architects, senior clients, and engineering teams across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Noida, with an on‑site work model.
What you’ll bring
- 20+ years software/solution engineering experience
- 3-5 years delivery leadership in complex projects
- Deep expertise in Azure cloud services
- Experience with AWS and Google Cloud
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, and AI integration
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands‑on coding and production support expertise
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCDAK, Databricks, CKAD)
