About the role

Trailblazer Relations team at Salesforce empowers developers, admins, architects and partners across APAC to adopt AI‑driven platform innovations. The Senior Director defines regional engagement strategy, leads a blended team of developer advocates and marketers, and drives high‑impact content, events and integrated campaigns. Based in Hyderabad, India with a hybrid work model, the role also builds feedback loops into product teams and measures community impact.

What you’ll do

• Define and evolve APAC regional engagement strategy for technical audiences
• Lead and coach a blended team of developer advocates and marketers
• Guide creation of technical content, workshops, webinars and community programs
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns and events
• Build relationships with developers, partners and industry influencers
• Capture community insights and feed them into product and platform planning
• Measure and report on engagement, adoption and advocacy metrics
• Represent Salesforce at regional conferences and industry events

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years technology or developer relations experience
• 5+ years leadership of multidisciplinary advocacy or marketing teams
• Strong understanding of enterprise cloud platforms, AI, data and automation
• Proven ability to scale regional community and advocacy programs
• Experience creating technical content, events and digital campaigns
• Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills
• Ability to influence cross‑functional product and engineering teams
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
