Digital Solutions Architect

About the role

Digital Solutions team at RSM US Integrated Services India builds the MyRSM client portal platform, delivering microservice and API solutions for enterprise clients. The architect designs end‑to‑end microservice and API architectures, defines standards, and leads architecture reviews while collaborating with product, UX, and engineering leads. Hyderabad and Bengaluru, on‑site work model, with occasional travel to client sites as needed.

What you’ll do

• Translate business and product requirements into solution designs for MyRSM platform
• Design microservice and API architectures using DDD principles
• Establish coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across frontend and backend
• Architect event‑driven integration with Azure Service Bus and define messaging schemas
• Lead architecture reviews for new features and third‑party integrations
• Ensure security, scalability, resiliency, and observability are embedded in designs
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineering leads on technical roadmaps
• Produce architecture decision records, high‑level designs, and API specifications

What you’ll bring

• 7-10 years software engineering or architecture experience
• 3+ years as a solution architect
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Proficiency in microservices and REST/GraphQL API design
• Hands‑on React, .NET and/or Python development
• Experience with Azure services (Service Bus, API Management, AKS, DevOps)
• Knowledge of DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, DevSecOps
