About the role
Digital Workplace & Automation team at Interiors With Art designs and optimises the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to create a fully digital, automated, AI‑enabled workspace. The role architects Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform and Copilot solutions, builds automations and dashboards, and defines governance and licensing standards. Based in India with an on‑site work model, the architect collaborates directly with leadership to drive digital transformation.
What you’ll do
- Architect and optimise Microsoft 365 environment
- Design SharePoint architectures and governance
- Build automations with Power Automate and Copilot
- Create Copilot Studio agents for search and workflow
- Develop Power BI dashboards from live data
- Define templates, metadata and digital standards
- Advise on licensing, permissions and scalability
- Identify inefficiencies and redesign workflows
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years Microsoft 365 implementation
- Design end‑to‑end digital workplace systems
- Experience in SMEs or fast‑growing firms
- Integrating AI tools in Microsoft environments
