About the role
Data & Platforms team at Ooredoo Fintech International designs, implements and governs SaaS, Microsoft 365 and End User Compute solutions. The Head leads a dynamic team, sets policies, drives adoption and automation, and ensures secure, efficient tool usage across the organization. Based in India, on-site role with potential relocation to Pune.
What you’ll do
- Lead and mentor IT professionals managing SaaS, Microsoft 365 and EUC
- Oversee deployment, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 and SaaS platforms
- Drive automation adoption to streamline operations and boost productivity
- Define and enforce security, governance and compliance policies
- Develop onboarding and consumption processes for SaaS services
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals
- Track KPIs and report technology performance to senior leadership
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years enterprise collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365)
- Define and implement IT policies and governance
- Strong technical expertise in Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
- End User Compute management (device provisioning, virtualization)
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Proven leadership and team management
