About the role
Operations team in Northern Trust's Asset Servicing division. Manages end‑to‑end trade lifecycle support for hedge funds across equities, fixed income and derivatives, handling clearing, settlement, reconciliation and market‑specific rules. Leads a team of analysts, conducts performance reviews and coordinates with onshore groups to ensure timely issue resolution. Pune office, on‑site work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Manage trade lifecycle from trade date to settlement
- Perform daily clearing, affirmation, allocation and matching
- Maintain market calendars and control frameworks
- Reconcile cash and positions and resolve discrepancies
- Develop and enforce process controls and backups
- Lead a team, conduct reviews and allocate work
- Coordinate with internal groups and external counterparties
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years hedge fund accounting/operations
- 4+ years clearing and settlement experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or quantitative discipline
