The Senior Consultant/Team Lead designs, configures, and supports finance modules, leads technical guidance, and mentors resources while ensuring seamless integration and performance. Telangana, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Provide technical instruction and training to resources
• Analyze impact of system enhancements and recommend techniques
• Support production monitoring, issue resolution, and software releases
• Guide integration of Cloud ERP with third‑party providers
• Perform performance tuning and benchmarking
• Develop and maintain BI Publisher and reporting solutions
• Collaborate with business users for requirement capture and CRP sessions
• Lead onsite‑offshore project team coordination

What you’ll bring

• 1+ years hands‑on Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud
• Subject‑matter expertise in ERP data domains (GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, CashMgmt, Projects)
• Strong functional foundation to deliver solutions from specifications
• Experience with business user interaction and requirement gathering
• Knowledge of Agile best practices
• Experience in onsite‑offshore project team models
• Proven integration of Cloud ERP with banks, exchange platforms, CRM
• Hands‑on BI Publisher, OTBI, Analysis Dashboard, SmartView reporting
