About the role

Workday Consulting team at Jade Global delivers end‑to‑end Workday solutions for enterprise clients. The Senior Consultant leads presales engagements, designs solution architectures across HCM, Payroll, Recruiting and Talent modules, and drives best‑practice accelerators as CoE Lead. Works onsite in Pune, collaborating with cross‑functional delivery teams and senior stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Lead presales engagements including demos, RFP/RFI responses and effort estimation
• Act as Solution Architect defining end‑to‑end designs aligned to client objectives
• Establish CoE best practices, reusable accelerators and delivery methodologies
• Provide hands‑on functional guidance across Workday modules
• Mentor consultants and drive continuous improvement in solution quality

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years Workday experience across multiple modules
• 10+ years overall consulting or professional services experience
• Presales and solution architecture track record
• Workday certification(s) preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Leadership of cross‑functional teams
