About the role

Global Sourcing Execution Team at Accenture delivers end‑to‑end sourcing to contract strategy, driving spend compliance and supplier risk mitigation. The Team Lead designs sourcing plans, negotiates contracts, manages supplier relationships and leverages generative AI for RFP drafting and spend classification. Based in Gurugram, India, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute global sourcing plans and tender processes
• Negotiate contracts and draft terms to manage commercial risk
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor contractual performance
• Produce spend and compliance reports and drive risk mitigation
• Collaborate with legal and technical teams on contract negotiations
• Utilize generative AI tools for RFP drafting, spend classification, and data summarization
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers
• Provide market intelligence and financial analysis for sourcing decisions

What you’ll bring

Educated to degree level or equivalent

Nice to have

• 7-11 years sourcing and contract management experience
• Global supplier management expertise
• Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, Coupa
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to leverage generative AI in procurement tasks
• CIPS Corporate Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Advanced MS Office proficiency
• Experience across IT, Logistics, CPS, marketing categories
