Delivery Operations Team Lead

About the role

Delivery Operations team at Accenture drives financial planning and analysis for consumer finance, delivering accurate forecasts, budgets, and strategic insights. The Lead oversees group management reporting, consolidates area financials, and mentors FP&A analysts while partnering with senior finance and commercial stakeholders. Gurugram, on-site, full-time role with rotational shifts as needed.

What you’ll do

• Own and lead annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations
• Develop financial models for scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
• Deliver financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to influence decisions and optimize costs
• Drive FP&A process automation and best practices
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage and mentor FP&A analysts, fostering continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

• CA or CFA certification
• 8-12 years progressive finance experience
• Proven budgeting and forecasting track record
• Experience in FMCG/CPG/Tobacco industry
• Advanced Excel (macros, pivots)
• SAP ERP and FP&A tools (BPC, Hyperion, Anaplan)
• Alteryx and Tableau for data visualization
• Lean Six Sigma methodology

Nice to have

• CA or CFA certification
• 8-12 years finance experience
