What you’ll do
- Manage Data Governance roadmap and align with global privacy priorities
- Lead firmwide privacy initiatives such as consent management and data retention
- Oversee engineering projects, risks, issues, and dependencies across the data governance portfolio
- Develop and maintain governance metrics, KPIs, and executive dashboards
- Prepare and deliver reports to C‑Level executives and Operating Committee
- Partner with product organization to ensure technical programs meet business goals
- Set and scale multi‑department AI‑enabled SDLC automation and release governance
- Apply AI‑assisted development tools to drive cross‑domain reuse and capacity unlock
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years leadership in technology applications and architecture
- ~20 years overall experience with 5+ years at Director level
- Strong understanding of global data governance regulations
- Program management and stakeholder management for AWS‑based data platforms
- Experience with enterprise‑scale cloud‑native platforms like Databricks and Snowflake
- Deep knowledge of data lakes, warehouses, lakehouse architectures
- Leadership of agentic AI‑enabled engineering operating models
- Responsible for AI risk, controls, and resiliency at scale
