The Associate Director leads design, development, and deployment of AI agents and platforms, guiding multi‑functional teams across data science, engineering, and product to deliver responsible AI solutions. Based in Bangalore with an on‑site work model, the role involves hands‑on technical depth, strategy setting, and collaboration with business partners to drive AI adoption and operational excellence.

What you’ll do

• Lead design and delivery of generative AI solutions
• Architect cloud‑native ML platforms and model lifecycle management
• Integrate AI models into products and APIs
• Build and maintain data pipelines for AI workloads
• Establish observability and monitoring for AI applications
• Develop reusable MLOps frameworks and accelerators

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years ML or data science experience
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps pipelines
• Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong software engineering and CI/CD skills
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration
