About the role

The Associate Director leads the design, implementation, and governance of MLOps infrastructure, production‑grade models, and generative AI integrations, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership. What you’ll do

• Lead development and implementation of MLOps infrastructure and tools
• Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade machine learning models
• Oversee training, testing, and validation of models
• Build and maintain automated pipelines and feature stores
• Integrate generative AI solutions within the ML ecosystem
• Implement monitoring, governance, and ethical guidelines for AI models
• Collaborate with multi‑functional teams to solve business problems
• Provide regular updates to senior management

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years developing and deploying ML models in production
• Hands‑on MLOps with Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitbucket)
• Orchestration tools such as Airflow, Kubeflow, Flyte
• MLOps tools like MLflow, SageMaker, Azure Model Registry
• Strong Python programming and TensorFlow/Keras/PyTorch
• Cloud platforms AWS, Azure or GCP
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration
