Senior Process & AI Transformation Lead

About the role

The PRAISE Team within HP’s Intelligent Support Experience (ISX) Organization seeks a Senior Process & AI Transformation Lead to drive the company's AI-infused support strategy. This role involves end-to-end process transformation, redesign, and AI-enabled automation to optimize customer support operations. The position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end process transformation efforts supporting ISX strategic programs
• Design future-state operating models including processes, roles, governance, and metrics
• Build and maintain process architectures and value streams within Signavio
• Utilize process mining capabilities to identify optimization opportunities
• Partner with Responsible AI specialists to ensure alignment with HP principles
• Mentor and coach process modelers and business analysts
• Manage activities of supporting project teams and internal partners
• Facilitate process modeling workshops and train stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or other Quality certification required
• Typically 10+ years of experience
• Experience with Signavio (Process Manager, Insights, Intelligence)

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP/PMI preferred
• Agile methodology training and/or experience preferred
• AI/ML/RPA based process re-design experience
• Experience utilizing basic AI-based tools like MS Copilot
