About the role
Record to Report (RtR) Process Excellence team at Unilever drives end‑to‑end financial reporting transformation and compliance. The Senior Finance Manager designs, manages and supports the Global Process Model, leads major transformation projects, and partners with senior stakeholders to improve processes and controls. Bangalore, India, on‑site role with direct line management of 1‑2 team members.
What you’ll do
- Design and manage the R2R Global Process Model across Unilever
- Lead refresh cycles and compliance monitoring for the process model
- Drive major transformation programs and process improvements
- Develop performance metrics and ensure robust financial controls
- Build and lead a high‑performing, geographically dispersed team
What you’ll bring
- 10-12 years financial accounting experience
- Qualified accountant or business management degree
- Strong program and project management
- Stakeholder influence and senior leadership engagement
- SAP design functionality for Record to Report
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
