- Drive sales pipeline and proposals for finance and GBS services
- Lead client conversations on operating model and Gen AI projects
- Design and implement finance operating models, process transformations, and org structures
- Manage project execution, change management, and stakeholder communications
- Supervise senior and junior analysts and consultants
What you’ll bring
- 12-15 years finance operating model experience
- MBA Finance, CA or CMA
- Proven GBS/GCC design and implementation
- Program management of large, complex programs
- Leadership of global distributed teams
