Senior Finance Operations

About the role

EY – GDS – Consulting – Finance team drives performance improvement initiatives for global clients, designing and implementing finance operating models. As a Senior Finance Operations Consultant you will assess finance processes, redesign BPRA workflows, build management reporting in Power BI/Tableau, and partner with onshore finance teams to deliver cost accounting and KPI dashboards. Bengaluru, on-site role with occasional domestic and international travel.

What you’ll do

• Conduct finance process assessments and identify improvement opportunities
• Design and implement BPRA operating models and TO-BE processes
• Develop KPI dashboards and management reporting in Power BI/Tableau
• Perform cost accounting, activity-based costing, and financial consolidation
• Configure and deploy BPRA processes in EPM tools like OneStream and Anaplan
• Partner with client finance teams for metrics, goals, and business reviews
• Lead and supervise project teams delivering finance transformation
• Travel domestically and internationally as required

What you’ll bring

• CA, CFA, CPA or MBA in Finance
• 3-5 years staff or 7-10 years senior BPRA experience
• Expertise in Business Planning Reporting & Analytics
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Proficiency with Anaplan, Tagetik, Oracle PBCS, Power BI/Tableau
• Knowledge of SAP ERP/HANA or Oracle GL
• Experience in finance transformation and GBS/SSC setups
• Ability to lead project teams
