About the role
AcuTech Consulting Group PSM team delivers process safety and risk management solutions for global energy and chemical leaders. Engineers and senior consultants work directly with clients on hazard analyses, safety instrumented systems, and quantitative risk assessments, driving safety improvements and business growth. Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, hybrid work model with travel to client sites.
What you’ll do
- Conduct process hazard analyses and risk assessments
- Develop and implement PSM programs and procedures
- Lead cross‑functional project teams and manage client relationships
- Prepare proposals, presentations and technical reports
- Provide consulting expertise on SIL, LOPA, QRA and dust hazard management
What you’ll bring
- 5-10+ years experience for engineers
- 10-15+ years experience for senior consultants
- Bachelor or Masters in chemical, electrical, mechanical, fire protection or safety engineering
- Experience in process safety management and HSE
- Strong analytical and client communication skills
