About the role

Wells Fargo seeks a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant in Hyderabad, India, to advise on business strategies using complex data analysis and performance metrics. The role involves leading projects, mentoring staff, and identifying new analytical tools while ensuring compliance with risk standards. This is a full-time, hybrid position.

What you’ll do

• Advise line of business on strategies based on research of performance metrics and complex data analysis
• Provide leadership in identifying new tools and methods to analyze data
• Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations on all managed projects
• Provide updates on project logs, monthly budget forecasts, and operations reviews
• Assist managers in building quarterly and annual plans and forecasting market research needs
• Collaborate with peers and senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor to staff and contractors
• Research Wells Fargo best practices for managing servers, code repositories, and change releases

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of Analytics experience
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Power Automate, or Power Apps
• Knowledge of AGILE methodology and Kanban Process
• Understanding of business intelligence and data warehouse concepts

Nice to have

• 12 years of working experience on information security applications
• 9+ years in Business Intelligence tools or automation/low-code platforms
• Experience in Cyber Security - IAM domain
• Global experience, specifically with US banks
• Technical process definition and documentation experience
