About the role
Technology Business Systems team at Wells Fargo drives technology initiatives to solve business problems. The Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant leads API troubleshooting, builds observability solutions, and partners with product owners to ensure reliable services. Hyderabad office, on-site work model, with opportunities to influence cross‑functional teams and develop AI‑enabled automations.
What you’ll do
- Lead technology initiatives for moderately complex business problems
- Develop cost‑effective systems and procedures meeting business requirements
- Partner with business and technology teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Act as internal consultant to re‑engineer technical processes
- Coordinate communication between business and technology stakeholders
- Provide senior‑level L2 support for complex API issues
- Drive improvements through automation, monitoring enhancements, and documentation
- Prepare clear communications for incidents, releases, and governance
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years Business Systems Data experience
- 4+ years client service experience with high‑value customers
- 3+ years API troubleshooting (REST, JSON, Swagger)
- 3+ years observability experience (Splunk, dashboards)
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and investigation
- 1+ year Agile/Scrum experience
- Intermediate GenAI capability with AI‑enabled automations
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts
