About the role
Finance Operations team at Riveron supports U.S. accounting and finance operations, handling month‑end close, technical accounting schedules, and financial reporting for U.S. entities. The Senior Associate leads day‑to‑day general ledger operations, complex reconciliations, tax compliance support, and management reporting while coordinating across U.S. and India time zones. Bangalore, remote work model.
What you’ll do
- Drive month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes in NetSuite
- Manage complex accounting schedules and intangible amortization
- Conduct detailed bank, intercompany, and GL reconciliations
- Review state/local tax filings and coordinate with tax advisors
- Oversee intercompany validations, eliminations, and transfer pricing
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation
- Review vendor/payroll accruals and AP/AR activities
What you’ll bring
- 3–4 years U.S. accounting or financial reporting experience
- MBA (Finance) or M.Com or Semi‑Qualified CA
- Advanced MS Excel for financial modeling and variance analysis
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting schedules
- Ability to work shift hours (4 PM‑1 AM IST) for U.S. overlap
