What you’ll do
- Own ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and governance
- Manage and mentor ServiceNow engineering team
- Oversee workload planning and resource allocation
- Partner with business leaders to prioritize development backlog
- Provide architectural guidance on integrations and security
- Manage relationships with ServiceNow and implementation partners
- Ensure platform compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years IT experience
- 8+ years ServiceNow platform experience
- 3+ years people management
- ITIL, ServiceNow System Administrator certification preferred
- Experience with ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, ITAM, FSM, ITOM, HRSD, Performance Analytics
