About the role

The uArchitect Staff/Sr Staff Engineer leads high‑level architecture and micro‑architecture development, builds design prototypes, and collaborates with performance modeling, silicon, and software teams to optimize power, area, and latency. Bangalore, India, on-site role focusing on IP implementation and post‑silicon tuning.
What you’ll do
- Define high‑level system IP architecture and micro‑architecture
- Develop prototypes and proof‑of‑concept experiments for performance and power
- Collaborate with performance, design, and silicon teams on IP solutions
- Guide design/DV and engineering teams for high‑quality IP implementation
- Work with software teams for post‑silicon performance tuning
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years IP architecture and micro‑architecture experience
- Expertise in DDR, interconnects, SOC power management, or related domains
- Proficiency with Verilog and timing‑aware logic design
- Experience with testplan development and UVM
- Understanding of ARM coherency and bus protocols
