About the role

What you’ll do
- Achieve budgeted sales volumes
- Build sales structure for state/region
- Work with branches on product distribution
- Achieve cross‑sell targets
- Maintain soft bucket collections and delinquency levels
- Coordinate product and process roll‑outs with credit & risk
- Ensure audit compliance for sales vertical
