About the role

MFI North team at Bajaj Finance Limited focuses on expanding financial inclusion through group lending in rural areas. The Senior Relationship Executive conducts village surveys, sources new customers, forms JLG groups, manages a portfolio of 450‑500 borrowers, and ensures collections and recoveries per schedule. Based in Banapur, on-site work with occasional travel to villages.

What you’ll do

• Conduct village surveys and explain BFL MFI JLG products
• Source new customers, form JLG groups, and promote financial literacy
• Collect and validate sourcing data, upload to LOS
• Coordinate approvals and disbursements with BM and Credit Ops
• Plan and manage center meetings, ensuring 100% borrower participation
• Execute collections and recovery processes per SOP
• Monitor loan end‑use and maintain healthy borrower relationships
• Prepare daily task reports for Branch Manager

What you’ll bring

• 1-2 years experience in micro‑finance or rural banking
• Proven ability to conduct village surveys and prospecting
• Experience coordinating with branch managers and credit officers
• Strong data entry and document verification skills
