About the role

Manages a team, oversees risk and NPA control, and reports on performance. Based in Nashik with an on‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Oversee overall branch operations, performance and profitability
- Drive field‑marketing activities for financial products to boost brand visibility
- Plan and monitor lead generation and conversion pipelines
- Conduct accurate gold ornament valuation and appraisal
- Safeguard pledged securities as joint custodian of the vault
- Maintain NPA control through diligent interest collection follow‑ups
- Hire, coach, mentor and train branch staff
- Prepare business quality and performance reports and implement growth actions
What you’ll bring
- 4-7 years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in gold loan banking or related products
