About the role
MFI South team at Bajaj Finance drives microfinance outreach in rural areas. The Senior Relationship Executive conducts village surveys, sources new JLG customers, manages a portfolio of 450‑500 borrowers, and ensures collections and recovery processes are followed. Based in Gangawati, India, on-site role with full-time employment.
What you’ll do
- Conduct village surveys and prospecting
- Source new customers and form JLG groups
- Collect and validate documentation on LOS
- Coordinate approvals and disbursements
- Plan and manage centre meetings with 100% participation
- Ensure collections and recovery disposition
- Monitor end‑use of loans
- Prepare daily task reports
