What you’ll do

• Manage multiple high‑visibility, high‑complexity programs
• Lead global cross‑functional core teams and drive kickoff meetings
• Present program status to segment and line‑of‑business leaders
• Develop and maintain program plans, WBS, and governance controls
• Forecast and manage program budgets, costs, and revenue
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve program risks and issues
• Coordinate inter‑dependent project schedules and resources
• Coach and develop program team members

What you’ll bring

11-15 years program management experience

Nice to have

Bachelor degree in engineering or related field
