Revenue Accounting & Reporting (SAP RAR)

About the role

USA01 - USA Automotive seeks a specialist to design, implement, and configure SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) solutions in Chennai. The role involves ensuring ASC 606 compliance, managing integrations, and providing post-go-live support for automotive revenue processes. This is a hybrid position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement SAP RAR solutions meeting business requirements
• Configure and customize SAP RAR modules for specific scenarios
• Develop reports to comply with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate on integration with other SAP modules and external systems
• Create technical documentation for configurations and integrations
• Ensure solution adherence to ASC 606 accounting standards
• Create training materials and provide end-user training
• Provide post-go-live support and participate in current implementations

What you’ll bring

• B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree
• 2 full implementations in RAR
• In-depth knowledge of SAP RAR modules and configurations
• Familiarity with SAP FI/CO
• HANA experience and certifications preferred

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting/Invoicing business processes
• Experience in SDLC/AGILE methodologies
• Exposure to ITPM and IT Security controls
• Ability to work European timings
