Revenue Accountant

About the role

UKG seeks a Revenue Accountant in Noida, India, to support the Global Finance Operation team. The role involves executing monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close activities, ensuring ASC 606 compliance, and maintaining revenue management systems like RMS or Zuora RevPro. This is an on-site position based at the UKG Noida office.

What you’ll do

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and year-end revenue close activities ensuring accurate results delivered on time for reporting in accordance with ASC 606
• Prepare journal entries, perform RMS to General Ledger transfers, and conduct account reconciliations for deferred revenue and Contract Assets
• Run and maintain Revenue system controls to ensure upstream system data reconciles to General Ledger and Financial statements
• Prepare and maintain monthly Contract Assets and deferred revenue reconciliations, uploading them to Blackline
• Support internal and external audit requirements for consolidated and local statutory audits
• Partner with corporate teams to run integrations and process improvement projects to drive efficiencies

What you’ll bring

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in finance close operations, financial statements, or Revenue Recognition
• Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting or Finance; CA candidates preferred
• Knowledge of global revenue recognition standard ASC 606
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Salesforce, CPQ) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS, Zuora RevPro)
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel

Education

Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting or Finance. CA candidates are preferred.
