Operations Finance Director at Amgen India leads the build‑out and ongoing leadership of a high‑performing finance team supporting Operations Finance and global partners. The role shapes scalable, efficient finance support models, delivering financial planning, reporting, and analytics across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational functions. Based in Hyderabad, India, the position is on‑site with a focus on process standardization, data quality, and cross‑functional collaboration.

What you’ll do

• Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing finance team
• Establish and scale standardized financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics processes
• Partner with Operations Finance and business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights
• Oversee core finance activities including business plan, estimates, long‑range planning, standard costing, and COGM
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Drive consistency and simplification across financial processes, tools, and data
• Support financial analysis for operational initiatives such as capacity expansions and cost optimization
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other partners
