About the role
Group Finance – MPMS finance leadership team. Leads end‑to‑end shared services finance across Financial Accounting, Management Reporting, AP, AR, Procurement, Tax and Operations, driving process excellence, automation and control. Manages and mentors teams in the UK, Australia and India, ensures regulatory compliance and robust audit outcomes, and partners with CFO on strategy and transformation. India, on‑site, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Own and develop group financial control framework
- Oversee shared services finance operations across multiple geographies
- Drive automation, process standardisation and continuous improvement
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting support
- Provide strategic oversight of tax, procurement and systems functions
- Build and develop high‑performing finance teams
What you’ll bring
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
- 15-18 years finance and accounting experience
- Big 4 training and senior finance leadership
- Proven people‑management of international teams
- Strong regulatory and compliance expertise
