About the role

Global FP&A Account Support team at EY builds scalable finance frameworks and revenue models for complex, multi‑country engagements. The Associate Director leads deal structuring, revenue recognition, and system implementation (Mercury/SAP), translating IFRS policy into practical guidance and driving output‑ and value‑based revenue strategies. Based in Kochi, on‑site role, collaborating with regional finance, sales, legal, and operations to embed finance early in deal pursuits and shape global revenue practices.

What you’ll do

• Develop and own frameworks for revenue recognition across multi‑country engagements
• Advise region finance and sales on emerging revenue scenarios and deal structuring
• Configure Mercury/SAP systems to ensure accurate revenue reporting
• Create scalable playbooks and train regional teams on best practices
• Lead evolution toward output‑ and value‑based revenue models
• Communicate complex financial insights to senior stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years advising on complex revenue recognition (IFRS)
• Proven ability to translate accounting policy into system configurations (Mercury/SAP)
• Strong understanding of pricing models, margin modeling, and fee‑sharing structures
• Experience leading global finance enablement and capability building
