About the role

The Technology Support Engineer resolves incidents, implements change requests, and collaborates with vendors to maintain NetApp and EMC storage environments. Pune, on-site, 24/7 shift support.
What you’ll do
- Resolve incidents and problems across storage components
- Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues
- Support junior team members and share technical knowledge
- Participate in improving operational processes
- Provide 24/7 shift support for storage infrastructure
What you’ll bring
- 12 years of experience in NetApp Data Management & Cloud Storage Solutions
- Hands‑on NetApp Cluster Mode and replication technologies
- Experience with EMC VNX/VMAX/Isilon storage systems
- Proficiency in storage architecture, data protection, and backup strategies
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics
- Collaboration with cross‑functional teams and external vendors
