Senior Software Engineer .NET

About the role

YASH Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in .NET to lead software deployments and Site Reliability Engineering practices. The role involves overseeing end-to-end deployment processes, implementing automation and monitoring solutions, and driving SRE best practices to ensure system reliability and performance. You will lead a team of engineers, manage incident response, and collaborate with development teams to build resilient architectures. Positions are available in Hyderabad, Indore, Bangalore, and Pune.

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage a team of engineers focused on software deployments and SRE practices
• Oversee end-to-end deployment processes, implementing automation, monitoring, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability, availability, and performance
• Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and minimize risks
• Implement SRE best practices, including monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, performance tuning, and incident management
• Collaborate with development teams to build resilient and scalable application architectures while promoting DevOps and SRE adoption
• Evaluate, implement, and maintain automation tools to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance system reliability
• Lead incident management activities including response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews
• Define and track KPIs and SLOs to measure system reliability, performance, and availability

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, deployments, or Site Reliability Engineering
• Strong expertise in deployment processes and tools, including release management, change management, and rollback strategies
• Proficiency in scripting and automation
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles, Agile methodologies, and ITIL practices
• Hands-on technical experience with MS .NET, Azure, Azure Data Factory (ADF), CI/CD pipelines, and related technologies
• Mandatory experience in the eCommerce domain, with working knowledge of Optimizely (B2B)
• Experience in project risk management, scope management, and team management
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Azure Boards, metrics tracking, and reporting/presentations

Nice to have

Preferred certifications include Certified DevOps Engineer, or SRE-related certifications
