About the role

Workplace Operations at Accenture manages integrated facilities and workplace services for large corporate sites. The Associate Manager plans and oversees daily facility operations, budget management, service partner performance, and compliance across multiple locations. Based in Bengaluru, this role is onsite and involves coordinating with engineering, real‑estate, and client governance teams to ensure high service levels.

What you’ll do

• Plan and manage workplace operations and budgets for assigned locations
• Monitor service partner performance and ensure SLA compliance
• Drive continuous improvement through KPI tracking and reporting
• Oversee mechanical, engineering, and sustainability initiatives
• Coordinate client governance and issue escalation processes
• Supervise real‑estate contracts and disposition activities
• Ensure statutory compliance and audit readiness
• Develop and coach team members, manage performance and engagement

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Engineering
• 12-15 years overall experience
• Minimum 8 years facilities management experience

Nice to have

• Experience managing operating and capital budgets
• Proficiency with SLA tracking and performance governance
• Ability to lead service partners and cross‑functional teams
