What you’ll do
- Oversee branch operations, performance and profitability
- Drive field‑marketing activities for gold loan and related products
- Ensure accurate valuation and appraisal of pledged gold ornaments
- Maintain NPA control through customer follow‑ups
- Hire, coach, mentor and train branch staff
- Prepare business reports and take actions for growth
- Safeguard pledged securities in the vault
Nice to have
- 4-7 years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s or post‑graduation degree preferred
- Experience in gold loan banking or client services
